So what do they eat?

Well..cats in nature like to eat meat preferably, mice, rats, rabbits & much more!
but house cats have come pretty far from having to hunt their own food! they even have human slaves that feed them, clean them and hehe even cuddle them!

ok, before you go hunting food down for your cat/kitten you should know it's age. If you adopted your cat from a pet store, a friend or even the RSPCA. They should by rights have all the birth details about their cats written down so that they can tell you. The age of the cat dictates how well the nutriants in the food will work. for instance, if you give a kitten, normal cat food (dried cat food) it could be too hard for the kittens teeth to penetrate and will not be digested proparly. I know..some people will think "but i've given just plain old cat food to our other kittens and nothing ever happened!" the thing is, at this day and age, nobody knows what goes into the tinned/dried variety of cat food except the producer, so what may have been alright to give your cats/kittens years ago may not quite be the same now. In any case, it's all around the same price except kitten food may be a fraction of a dollar more expencive. But most pet owners will want to give their cats/kittens the best that they can give!. so.. i'll put it in catagories of what you can give and what you can't give them!.
